Our

Story

Having obtained a Construction Project Management degree, Jack, our founding director, started his career in the delivery of super-prime residential construction. Working for a Tier 1 Contractor in London, on a number of the UKs' most expensive residential properties and largest construction projects, gave Jack the skillset and experience in the 'gold' standard for the industry with regards to professionalism, quality standards and high-specification builds.


Appledown Projects was established in 2020 under the commitment to bring these Tier 1 practices, to provide higher standards of construction delivery to residential and commercial clients within the Hampshire and surrounding region. We are advocates of our industry and are dedicated to ensuring success in every project.


In 2022, Appledown Projects became one of a few construction businesses in Hampshire to be awarded Chartered Building Company status, accredited by the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB)
