Appledown Projects are experienced in the use of all elements of construction and construction procurement. 

Many of our projects are delivered under a traditional procurement route, where Appledown Projects are engaged post planning, when a majority of design information is complete. Conversely to those considered builders, Appledown Projects manage construction delivery through specialist subcontractors in each trade. This is one method in which we ensure our high standards are maintained.

Construction Management

Appledown Projects are experienced with the Construction Management procurement route, acting as a consultant for the design, delivery and aftercare of projects. This is a preferred and growing option for complex projects where early contractor involvement such as programme advice, buildability knowledge and specialist input is of greater benefit.

Design &

Build

Appledown Projects can assemble high calibre design teams to form a full design and project delivery service as a single point of responsibility, for example under JCT Design & Build Contract type. This is an inception to completion solution, ensuring maximum project viability through thoughtful design consideration, financial control and collaboration.
