JACK HOUNSHAM MCIOB

Jack is a Chartered Construction Manager, Founder and Director of Appledown Projects Ltd.

Jack began his career with a large London based Main Contractor, delivering super prime residential developments in Belgravia and Mayfair, construction packages at the Battersea Power Station Redevelopment and running high-rise façade renovations to name a few.

With a passion for raising standards within the industry, Jack established Appledown Projects in 2020 with the aspiration to bring tier one construction techniques & methodologies to the Hampshire market.

Jack actively oversees Appledown Projects construction delivery in both an on and off-site project management role.

Outside of the day job, Jack loves Motorsports, participating in track days in his Classic Mini, Karting or just spectating!
