Appledown Projects secured Chartered Building Company (CBC) status with the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB)

To our business CBC provides a great deal of pride over what we have achieved and continue to achieve. It also provides opportunity; in raising our profile from a marketing perspective, in learning resource (with access to the CIOB academy), in recruitment, and in networking.

With CBC accreditation comes reputation, which I believe is likely the biggest attribute of the scheme given its ability to generate confidence. Having confidence in our business is key to relationships with our clients, our subcontractors, employees, and professionals working alongside Appledown Projects. 

Going back to my initial point, I am proud that we are displaying professionalism in all we do as a business. We never were and never will be your rough around the edges, slightly dodgy local builder and we seek to display this at all opportunities.
